Promises to My SweetheartI never claimed to be perfect;  The opposite I know is true.  For if so I would be rid of disease,  And mistakes I could undo.   
I know that I have upset you  and at times have made you cry.  Although I can't wipe all of your tears,  Forever I will try.

Life on the FourthClimbing up and higher into the night,  I’ve waited all ev’ning just to take flight.  Tall is the task that lies ahead of me;  Moon, stars and city lights they mustn’t see.   
All shall bear witness to my truest hue;  Reds, Blues and many other pigments too  My brilliance will be met with a roar  High up in the air where the eagles soar.

Finally, tomarrow I get to go home, if only for a couple of days, it's still something. I need my batteries recharged in a way that only Megan can do it. A couple of hugs would probably do the trick but I want more hugs than that. I can't wait to see her!

We will get through this. One way or another. But we will. And college will, of course, take some time to adjust but I know that you can do it.
